The year gets worse day-by-day. In the latest of the climate change news, Death Valley in the USA recorded the highest temperature on Earth. 54.4C, the recorded temperature is caused by the rising heatwaves and malfunctioning of a power plant in the Death Valley region

Heatwaves have become a new normal in developing and developed nations. As Climate change and the rising global warming knocks our door, world leaders chose to ignore those callings. More industrialization and massive deforestation are the widespread causes of global warming.

Future of Climate Change

As the temperature around the world rising on an unparallel scale, climate change is inevitable and looks next to impossible to tackle. With the current rate of global warming, by the year 2070 many island nations would be totally and a few partially submerged in the oceans. This includes the like of Maldives, Seychelles and some islands of Indonesia as well as Micronesia.

Effects of global warming have already stepped in India as in the summer of 2019, the national capital, Delhi witnessed temperatures ranging from 45C to 48C, the highest ever. For countries near the Equator, high temperatures are casual as they have adapted to that lifestyle.

Other than the USA and the Equatorial countries, ice caps in Greenland, Russia (Siberia) and in some parts of Antarctica have started to melt at a non-stop speed. This has resulted in the rise of the water level in the Arctic Ocean.

More or less, nor World War III or another Pandemic will wipe our planet. It is Climate Change which will destroy economies, kill thousands of living species and collapse nations in the near future.
